FEC Guidelines for Donors
The maximum contribution is $2,400.00 per individual per election(Primary Election and General Election). Corporate checks are not acceptable.
NOTE: As an Independent I will only be going through the General Election cycle.
Federal law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and employer of anyone who contributes $200.00 or more per election in a calendar year. An individual could contribute $199. for the Primary and $199. for the General Election, and the information would not have to be reported to the FEC. The amount could be doubled for a married couple (2 individuals). Please send us an e-mail or postal mail with the appropriate information if you are required to do so.
