I'm back
I have completed my quest for signatures on my nomination papers to get on the ballot in November.
I am submitting 2500 (need 2000 to get on ballot in Nov 2, 2010) to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
I sincerly thank all voters that I talked to personally over the last 6 months who helped me to get on the ballot with your signature. I know not all motives for helping were the same but I respect these motives and hpoe that all will listen to my views and speak up if you disagree. Most of my views are tempered and pretty well set but I am willing to listen to all points of view and have been known to see things in a slightly different light. All comments are welcome

NYC Ground Zero Mosque
I listen to all of the progressives applauding Obama, Niki and other progressive leaders for standing up for the Constitution, which goes against the principles of progressivism. It was the head progressive (Obama) who stated after many years of studying, teaching and learning how to pervert and circumvent the Constitution, that it was in fact flawed.
Of course the Islam community –has the right- to build the mosque and community center on that very location. No one denies that fact. The reason to build on that location, as a symbol of outreach and conciliation, is an outright lie, prevarication, and blasphemy. It is a symbol of –conquest- that we see is an Islamic tradition throughout history (al-Aqsa Mosque built on the side of the Temple Mount and Dome of the Rock built near the center on the site of King Solomons temple in Jerusalem after the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem in AD 637 and the Great Mosque of Cordoba in Cordoba Spain on the site of a destroyed Christian Visigothic Church after the Muslim conquest in AD 600). The mosque and community center in NY is to be called the Cordoba House (to be built near the site of the Muslim destroyed Temples of Capitalism, World Trade Center?). This symbol would mean very little to the average Muslim, but to the radical Islamists that are set on the destruction of America (the great Satan), it would be a major triumph. (Talk about adding fuel to the fire). It is not unlike a dog marking its territory. Don’t get me wrong, not all mosques are built for this reason. Some are in fact built truly for worship.
As we are seeing, the issue is dividing America along ideological lines and they (radical Muslims) know it. Those supporting the mosque can be readily identified as those in the group that favor the destruction of America as part of its –fundamental transformation. They are –using- the Muslims to cause the divide just as the Muslims are -using- them to further the progress of Muslim conquest.
Complaisant tolerance for oppressive intolerance will not end well for the submissive.
We must unite to resist this destruction of our America. I urge all Independent voters to write my name in on the Democrat Primary Ballot September 14 in order to allow Mrs. Tsongas to sit in the audience and watch the General Election in November.
