Americas's Top Cop Aiding Terrorists
If Islamic terrorists are to be treated as criminals, subject to the United States Criminal Justice System, then the United States is in violation of International Law by using the United States Military to pursue “suspected criminals” in a foreign sovereign nation. In such case we must immediately withdraw all United States Military personnel from Afghanistan and petition the legal government to apprehend these criminals for extradition to the United States, for trial by the United States Criminal Justice System. That would in fact imply that the current detainees were illegally apprehended and must be immediately released. If this is in fact the determination, then the President, as head of state is illegally using the military forces of the United States to invade another foreign sovereignty and must step down and be tried in International Court.
The only other alternative is the determination that we are in fact “at war” with these radical Islamic terrorist factions and are assisting the legal government of Afghanistan, an ally, in combating these groups within their borders. In that case, the detainees would be considered “prisoners of war” or “war criminals” based on the specific acts committed. In either case they would be tried in a military tribunal, not in the US Criminal Justice System.

Liberals blaming Huckabee for Liberal imcompetance.....
Huckabee only commuted the sentence of a teenage offender from 109 to 47 years which did make him eligible for parole.
The Arkansas parole board actually released him on parole.
Maurice Clemmons had several run ins with the law for which his parole could have been revoked.
He was in Wshington state where a judge had released him on $15,000 bail while being charged with the rape of a 12 year old.
The he assasinated 4 Waghington police officers before being shot to death days later bi another police officer.

- Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Disney Chief Bob Eiger, Boeing head James McNerney, ATT's Randall Stephenson
- Paul Krugman - Nobel Prize winning Liberal NY Yimes Columnist ceredited by liberals for Calling the Housing Crisis
- Alan Blinder - former Fed vice chairman
- Representatives from non-profit organizations
- Various City Mayors
- A few small business owners?
Now there's a group of employment experts....good view from 40,000 feet?
Over 80% of jobs are provided by small businesses.
Companies with less than 500 employees provide 64% of American employment.
Where was representation from the National Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Businesses?
Oh Yeh, Barry has already had it out with those dissenters!
Footnote: Less than 10% of the administration has any real business experience. I would guess that none have any small business experience!
