Let "Black Jack" Pershing end the "War on Terror"
Once in U.S. history an episode of Islamic terrorism was very quickly stopped. It happened in the Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was in command of the garrison. There had been numerous Islamic terrorist attacks, so "Black Jack" told his boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.
Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were all tied to posts, execution style. The U.S. soldiers then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be contaminated with hogs' blood. This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even if they died as terrorist martyrs.
All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the grave, and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the Philippines for the next 50 years.
Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists won't make them flinch.
They welcome the chance to die for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that they won't get to Muslim heaven (which they believe has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die with the hated pigs of the devil.
Does this provide any ideas on terrorist executions or even how to condct combat in Afghanistan??

A $100M aid provided for LA if Senator Mary Landieu votes for debate....Note: once on the floor Dems can nuc it through with 51 votes?
Will undecided Senator Mary Landieu (D-LA) vote "YEA" on the bill to pick up the prize for her state?
Mary, Mary, quite contrary, where do your ethics lay?
Will the $100M for her state offset the $590B cuts in Medicare and $750B in taxes for the country(Rep Roe (R-TN))?
Chose wisely Ms. Landieu. Not many people have the chance to save or destroy a nation with the nod of your head.

Treasury Secretary lamely defends failed enonomic policy to Representative Brady of Texas
Some conservative congressmen have called for him to step down.
Giethner continues to blame 8 years of failed policies and loose regulation during Bush administration for all of the problems.
What he failed to admit was thay he, as President of the New York Federal Reserve during this period, had failed to properly administer policies and oversee regulatory policies that he is blaming for the problems.
Did Mr. Giethner just stab himself in the back?

What exactly is the Constitution of the United States?
The founding fathers established the Constitution to do just two things:
- Establish a federal government for the United States of America
- Delegate to the federal government certain, limited (and enumerated) powers.
The Constitution was written by the thirteen original states. The federal government created by the states, via the Constitution, exists to serve the states. Until the states delegated some powers to the new federal government, those powers belonged to the states. The states, of course, delegated only some of their powers to the federal government while retaining most of their powers for themselves.
The Constitution is similar to a Power Of Attorney; the states created it to grant limited powers to Federal Government to act on behalf of the states for specific purposes, while retaining all other powers.
The powers granted to the Federal Government pertain to affairs that require the collective of individual states to be represented as a single entity. Such affairs are those of foreign relations, raising and maintaining an armed force to protect the collective entity of states and regulate the trade among the various states.
In order to for the states to maintain this subservient role of the Federal Government , each state elects a prescribed number of Representatives and Senators to represent the states interests on the national level.
So what happened to the state’s rights to maintain control over the subservient Federal Government?

Health care reform from the Federal Government is un-Constitutional (as is Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security). Health Insurance regulation falls under regulating the trade among the various state. States have the Constitutional rights to provide health care (See my health care reform proposal).

California is making use of it's state' rights
Since bankrupting the state with progressive government the legislature has found a new way to raise needed funds.
It has resorted to outright theivery.
They are now taking an added 10% from all paychecks. They may(?) get it back in April. Anyone taking bets?
Could your state do the same thing? Can Barry do it also?
Yes he can!!! But why should he? He's still "printing" money.
And you thought that gold was appreciating in value. Well it is....compared to the dollar. Since there are many more dollars in circulation than there was 3 months ago. That's called inflation. But you say there is no inflation. Oh but there is, it's just not visible as it's being offset by the recession's deflation. It won't be readily apparent until the deflation ceases. If the Fed doesn't time it just right, we will go back into deep recession or into hyperinflation like Paul Volker caused during the Carter administration. Oh yeah, he was the Fed Chairman then and now he is Barry's Chairman of the Economic Recovery Advisory Board. I think that we have previously established that Barry obviously failed his Economic History courses.
And you thought the stock market was telling you that the economy was getting better...Well Obama says....

Administration beginning a regimine of active extortion!!!
Friday the head of the NY Federal Reserve (Giethner's old position) called a group of NY bankers into his office in lower Manhattan. They were told that they were to begin capping executive pay.
OK....but many of them did not have taxpayer money from Tarp on there books.
They were threatened with FDIC audits (costing the bank 10s of millions of dollars and months of disruption)if they did not comply.
Are the concentration camps ready yet?

LBJ got Medicare.

From the floor of the House, Representative John Linder of Ga. exposes more Stimulus corruption
Stimulus money went to a Community Organization Group in south Ga.
The money was used to provide pay raises to employees.
The group reported 980 new jobs.
The group employes 511 people???
This is just a small potato but the Democrat Congress keeps shoveling manure (to grow bigger potatoes?)

He replied: "There's nothing in the Constitution that says that the federal government has anything to do with most of the stuff we do." Then he shot back: "How about [you] show me where in the Constitution it prohibits the federal government from doing this?" “
Ignorance of the Constitution is no excuse
“Rep. Clyburn, like many of his colleagues, seems to have conveniently forgotten that the federal government has only specific enumerated powers. He also seems to have overlooked the Ninth and 10th Amendments, which limit Congress's powers only to those granted in the Constitution.”
Amendment IX: Existence of other rights for the people
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X: Powers of the States and People
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Maybe Congress should be given a competency test. (or possess some knowledge of the Constitution)
